Modelled from wood this model features fully hinged and movable tracks, rolling
wheels and
revolving turret. I drew the plans based on photographs of the real machine.
The brief specified that the finished model should should look like it was
constructed by a
home handyman/builder in his backyard using timber, nailed together and looking
a bit weathered.
The pieces were all sprayed with
stain before assembly and weathered once together.
This model took a lot of lathe work with its 26 wheels and gun barrels..
